BACK PAIN REMEDIES

At one point in our lives we have all had the chance to experience having back pains. And since more and more people are becoming obese these days, that adds up to the reason why more people nowadays have back pains. Of course the ideal solution is to trim down the weight but that would normally take a while, especially for stocky people. On the other hand, there are other causes of back pain and other remedies as well.

A quick remedy would be to have a massage. It is a rewarding treat especially at the end of the week when you feel that all your muscles are tied in a tight knot. Pregnant women, who are also prone to lower back pains may have to consult with their doctor if they are able to get a massage.

Sometimes, what causes back pains would be the use of non-ergonomic chairs and shoes. Also carrying heavily stuffed bags also causes back pains and shoulder pains. For chairs and shoes, it will be best to check if certain chairs or couches are ergonomically designed. As for shoes, try to steer clear from stilettos and really high heeled shoes, instead go for wedges.  In case your problem is your bag that is heavily stuffed with a bulky laptop, switch the lappy for a rim tablet. That should at least lessen the load for you.

Other remedies would be to spread a liniment. This should provide quick relief from the pain. For recurring back pain, it is still best to consult with a doctor.
