Music is said to be the universal language. Time and time again, research has proven that music is known to help us heal. Various researches have shown that early exposure to music, especially for babies inside the womb, have greatly affected the children’s disposition much later in life. Those who were exposed to classical music are said to be more calmer and deep thinkers. Where as babies that have been exposed to rock music are said to be more active (perhaps a good balance would be to find music that makes use of an acoustic electric guitar).
There has been several accounts as well of pre-mature babies in neo-natal wards were noticed to have become calmer and slept after a calming music has been played. Alzheimers’ patients have also shown improvement after exposure to music.
Of course everything has to be in moderation.
